1. Definitions

2. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register for an szi99 account and use our services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. szi99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 days of our request may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

szi99 services are intended for users residing in Indonesia. You must be physically located in Indonesia at the time you access our platform and place bets. By using our services, you confirm that you are accessing szi99 from within Indonesian territory. We reserve the right to use geolocation technology to verify your location and may restrict access if you are found to be outside Indonesia.

2.3 Legal Compliance

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of szi99 services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. While szi99 operates internationally under offshore licenses, we acknowledge that online gambling laws in Indonesia are complex. You accept full responsibility for determining whether your participation in online gambling is legal under Indonesian law and agree to indemnify szi99 against any claims arising from your use of our services.

2.4 Account Restrictions

Each User is permitted to maintain only one szi99 account. Creating multiple accounts, either under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your credentials to place bets on your behalf.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an szi99 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Required information includes your full name (as it appears on your Indonesian identity card or KTP), date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred username and password. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

szi99 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we require all users to verify their identity by submitting copies of valid government-issued identification documents, such as an Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk) or driver's license. We may also request proof of address (utility bills, bank statements dated within the last 3 months) and selfie verification. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account creation may result in restrictions on withdrawals and account functionality.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your szi99 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. szi99 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your account, but we cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 3.4 Account Closure and Suspension

szi99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we suspect fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, breach of bonus terms, collusion with other players, use of automated betting software, or any activity that undermines the integrity of our services. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds or funds obtained through fraudulent means) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending investigations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

szi99 accepts deposits via all major Indonesian banks including BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. We also support e-wallet deposits through OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions exceeding Rp 50,000,000 in a single day may require additional verification.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically credited to your szi99 account instantly. In rare cases where technical issues occur, deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process. If your deposit has not been credited within 1 hour, please contact our customer support team with your transaction reference number and proof of payment (bank transfer receipt or e-wallet confirmation screenshot). szi99 does not charge any fees for deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, provided your account is fully verified and you have met all applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a bank account registered in your name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1-3 hours during business hours (08:00-20:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. Large withdrawals exceeding Rp 100,000,000 may require additional processing time and verification.

4.4 Withdrawal Fees and Limits

szi99 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first 3 withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 1% or Rp 10,000 (whichever is greater). Daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 for Bronze members, Rp 100,000,000 for Silver members, and Rp 250,000,000 for Gold VIP members. Monthly withdrawal limits are Rp 500,000,000 for Bronze, Rp 1,000,000,000 for Silver, and unlimited for Gold members.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

To comply with international anti-money laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 1,000,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 1,000,000 (regardless of win or loss) before requesting a withdrawal. This policy prevents szi99 from being used as a money transfer service. Suspicious activity, including rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycles without genuine gaming activity, may result in account investigation and potential closure.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

szi99 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are clearly stated in the promotional materials. You must opt-in to receive bonuses unless otherwise specified. Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Attempting to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent activity will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 25,000,000 before the bonus and any associated winnings become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%.

5.3 Bonus Expiration and Forfeiture

6.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds: use of automated betting software, bots, or any third-party tools to place bets; collusion with other players to manipulate outcomes; exploiting software bugs or system errors for financial gain; arbitrage betting across multiple platforms; and any form of fraudulent or abusive behavior.

7. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

While szi99 strives to provide uninterrupted service 24/7, we cannot guarantee that our platform will be available at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or circumstances beyond our control. szi99 is not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or your inability to access the platform.

7.2 No Warranty

szi99 services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our platform will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements. You use szi99 services at your own risk and are solely responsible for any gambling losses you incur.

7.3 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, szi99's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your account during the 90 days preceding the claim. In no event shall szi99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which szi99 is licensed to operate. You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws in Indonesia.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and szi99, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.
